Entering Jerusalem...

The first two pictures were taken from the bus as we approached Jerusalem. There are little Bedouin communities living in shacks and herding sheep. Ronny said that seeing the shepherds tending their flocks is about as close as you will get to seeing an actual setting reminiscent of biblical times.

The next three pictures were taken from the Mount of Olives, overlooking the old city.

I will very shortly notice that my pictures are not in color...when we are at the Garden of Gethsemane.
