As soon as I have a finished cover, I will make an announcement about the publication date so that friends can pre-purchase a signed book. That will help me know how many to order personally. But other than pre-purchased copies, I will let Amazon and Barnes & Noble do the selling/shipping, rather than using a PayPal account and shipping books myself.
